Process for the Program
[ Step One ] If you are interested in participating in the program, please fill out and submit the application form :
- Name
- Age / Sex / Occupation (Optional)
- Address / Tel. Number / E-mail Address

- Expectations for the Experience (in 100 words or less)

We will start accepting applications from Dec 1st, and plan to start the experience program from Jan 1st.
Although this is an offer we plan to run over the 6 months period, applications will be handled one at a time on first-come first-served basis, so please remember to apply as soon as possible so that you do not miss out on this great opportunity.
[ Step Two ] Acceptance
After receipt of your applications we will review the information you have provided and get back to you with our decision. We will also confirm the month of the experience with you at that time.
[ Step Three ] Signing MOU and Equipment Delivery / Installation by Dealer
If your application is accepted and schedule is confirmed, we will ask you to sign MOU outlining the rules and guidelines of the program and then have a dealer get in touch with you so to assist you in delivery and installation of the preamp.
[ Step Four ] Equipment Pick Up and Report / Gift
After having had the equipment in your home for 1 week, we ask you to prepare the unit for pick up for shipment to the next destination.
Submission of a report is optional, but please submit it within 1 month after the experience. We will send you a gift to those who submit a report. The actual gift will be disclosed in detail in the near future, but we plan to make one of our future secret products available for that purpose.
Further Details of the Program
We reserve the right to determine eligibility of the applicant, by examining information provided through the aforementioned set of questions. We want to make sure that the applicant is in position to take full advantage of this program by preventing any system mismatch, misunderstanding, false expectations, etc.
Upon acceptance into the program, we will introduce the applicant to one of our
dealers, who will support in the delivery and installation of the preamp so that the
applicant can start enjoying the preamp right away in his/her system. The
dealers are involved solely for the purpose of providing their professional
support. However, in the event the applicant decides to purchase the preamp (or
any of our other products), the dealer will be there to provide their usual
services.
Please note that this program is limited to those who are enjoying audio solely for the purpose of personal enjoyment and not meant for industry professionals (reviewers, dealers/distributos, manufacturers, etc.).
We also reserve the right to terminate the loan before one week is over and to take the unit back, if following conditions are not observed and / or if we find any wrong doing by the applicant in our judgement :
- The unit on loan is solely for the purpose of enjoyment by the applicant and should not be loaned or transferred to another party or entity
- The unit should be used as is and should not be taken apart, back engineered, or altered in any way.
Furthermore, Silicon Arts Design & Concert Fidelity is not to be held responsible for any damage to other equipment in the applicant's system while CF-080 is use in his or her system.
Please note that this program is available only for the residents of the United States of America.
Silicon Arts Design & Concert Fidelity reserves the right to change the details of the program without prior notice.
